1. Slow Page Load Speed
If your site takes more than 3 seconds to load, a significant portion of visitors will leave. Optimize images, leverage browser caching, and use a CDN.
2. Poor Mobile Experience
With most traffic coming from mobile, your site must be flawless on a small screen. A non-responsive design is no longer an option.
3. Unclear Call-to-Actions (CTAs)
Don't make users think. Your CTAs ('Buy Now', 'Contact Us') should be prominent, clear, and compelling.
4. Confusing Navigation
If users can't find what they're looking for quickly, they'll go to a competitor's site. Keep your navigation simple and intuitive.
5. Ignoring Accessibility
Your website should be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This is not only ethical but also expands your potential audience.
